Climate Himalaya is an effort of a mountain environment group towards the impact of climate change in
the Himalayan region of South Asian countries like
Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Nepal and Pakistan.
A Year of Knowledge Networking…
We don’t always require a project fund to set examples, spread ideas and make things happen! On this premise we launched Climate Himalaya on 5 June 2010. In the last one year, using scientific evidence and interaction with people, we would be able to raise concerns on climatic changes in Himalayan region on issues like institutional collaboration, communicating science and research, training of media, holding discussions on mountain issues, celebrating mountain and world environment day, mountain voices at CoP16 etc. Read>>
